After all, they are politicians and politicians are notorious of doing whatver they want for their own gain; Even it it breaks the law. You don't really think Obama is running for the Presidency because he cares about our country do you?

But, to leave this thing hanging is a huge liability especially if Obama gets elected. If someone out there really has proof or such a proof is discovered and brought forward later, it would be a huge mess. Or it could be used as leverage to influence or destroy him as president.
