I have read several articles on the Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his genocidal rants against the Zionest infidels and history of Persia and Islam. However, the author of this link does a superb job of bringing the Persian past, theological Sharia Law and current ramblings of Mahmoud into perspective.
The antisemitic armeggedon anticipated by the radical ruling religious in Iran is real and leads me to think hard about which Presidential candidate would best be able to deal with the Iranian leaders. Of course, if they can be dealt with at all.
Americans should not tolerate or ignore the blind hatred of Sharia Law.

The Declaration of Independence clearly speaks of equality.
Point being, theocratic rule under Sharia law is the antithesis of American values.
Its true but polite
Submitted on July 23rd, 2008 by PabloThe truth is that most Iranians believe in the 12th Imam!
They believe he is living in a well and they lower wine and some food into the well awaiting the day that the Imam will come out of the well to lead the Shia in the holy war to conquer not only the middle east but the world.
The only other requirement of the 12th Imam is that the followers are to be prepared with the best weapons to be able to fight the upcoming battles for control of the world.
Thus the end game goal of Islam is the same with total world domination. The the difference between Suni and shi ites is that under Shia, they believe it should be done through war and blood shed and the Suni believes it can be accomplished by either blood shed or through general peaceful conversions. If you can call how they define peaceful conversions really peaceful! Meaning that under their ideal system, if you refuse conversion, equals death. Lack of military might has prevented these extremist positions from happening. But should the countries of Islam decide that they are strong enough, they would conduct themselves as in times past specifically the 600s through the 1100s. It took the crusades to force Islam to stop whole sale slaughter of non muslims.
Iran will continue to pursue nuclear weapons and will work to stock pile as many as it can create because it is a decree of the requirement of the 12th Imam to conquer the world with the best weapons available. There is nothing better than a nuclear weapon to destroy your enemies and control the world!
